Step-1: Launch Microsoft Excel and open the workbook that contains the worksheet you want to hide.

Step-3: From the context menu, select the “Hide” option. This will hide the selected worksheet from view.

You can use a keyboard shortcut to hide the worksheet. Select the worksheet you want to hide. Press Ctrl + 0 (zero) from your keyboard.
The selected worksheet will now be hidden from view within the workbook. You’ll notice that the sheet tab for the hidden worksheet becomes invisible, but the data on the sheet is still present and can be accessed by unhiding the sheet.

Step-3: Choose the “Unhide” option. This will open the “Unhide” dialog box.
In the “Unhide” dialog box, you will see a list of all hidden worksheets in the workbook. Click on the name of the worksheet you want to unhide to select it. Click the “OK” button in the “Unhide” dialog box.
The selected worksheet will now be unhidden and visible in the workbook. You will see the sheet tab at the bottom of the Excel window.
