In this lesson, we will learn how to add text in PowerPoint slides of the presentation? When we create a presentaion we often need to add text into the slides. These texts will describe our company or product and will show in the presentation. It is also known as the well-defined contents of the presentation. So we can add text in PowerPoint as the title of the slide and summarised contents in table, chart, SmartArt, images related to our products or company.
How to Add Text in PowerPoint?
In the below screenshot, you can see two text boxes. One is for the title of the slide and the other for the sub-title or contents box.
This is the upper text box shows with the letters “Click to add title”. In this box, we can add the title of the slide. Just click the cursor and write the title.
This is the second text box indicates with the letters “Click to add text”. In this box, we can write a summerise text of the presentation. We can also insert tables, charts, SmartArt, graphics, and multimedia items in this box. Just click on the icon present in the middle of the box.
